Course Overview
A two module, two day ILM Level 3 Award programme. The two modules are Understanding Leadership and Performance Management. This programme provides managers and aspiring leaders with practical skills to apply leadership theories, adapt styles to context, and build high-performing teams. Participants will learn to motivate and engage staff, communicate effectively in challenging situations, and apply structured problem-solving and decision-making techniques. The course also covers performance management, including setting clear objectives, delivering feedback, and conducting effective reviews to drive individual and team success.
