Skills Bootcamps
Skills Bootcamps are a perfect way of upskilling your team, utilising government funding. These courses can be up to 90% funded by the government and we will work with you to customise a training course to fit your exact needs.
These can be delivered across various areas from Business and Leadership to technical training such as Cyber, Engineering or Green Skills.
Skills Bootcamp Explained
Skills Bootcamps are government-funded, flexible training courses for adults aged 19 and over that last up to 16 weeks and are designed by employers to develop priority skills in high-demand sectors. For unemployed and self-employed the courses are fully funded, and co-funded by employers for their staff.
e4a can help you utilise this government funding to deliver your training to those that wouldn't usually have the budget.
We will lead on the bidding, take care of funding claim administration and ensure Ofsted compliance.

Key Features of Skills Bootcamps:
Funded by local government: Funding is awarded by local government to align with your skills needs.
Employer-Led Design: Courses are co-created with local businesses to ensure the skills taught are directly relevant to industry needs and job openings.
Flexible & Short Duration: Delivered over a maximum of 12 weeks, fitting around work and life commitments, with a focus on fast-tracking skills adoption. Training can be delivered online / hybrid / in-person.
Live Training: Bootcamps must comprise of 60 guided learning hours, delivered live by a tutor
